The challenge
A fast-growing payments team had outgrown a serviced office and taken a 620 m² floor with an eight-week fit-out window. They needed 40 workstations, two meeting rooms and a reception, without losing a working day during the move.
Our approach
We measured the floor, mapped how the product, operations and support teams actually sat together, and proposed bench workstations in pods of four with acoustic screens, a 12-seat boardroom and a smaller huddle room. One quote covered furniture, delivery and a weekend installation.
The result
Forty desks, 52 task chairs and both meeting rooms were installed over a single weekend. The team moved in on Monday; our crew returned after four weeks to re-level and adjust.
