Returns
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Made-to-order and custom items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Damaged or faulty items
Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method via Paystack within 10 working days.
